BiSH celebrated the release of their mini album “GiANT KiLLERS” (release date: June 28) with YOYOGi GiANT KiLLERS, a free live at Yoyogi Park Outdoor Stage on June 28, 2017! Despite rainy weather earlier in the day, the skies cleared for BiSH to perform for over 3,000 “seisōin” (fans) who had gathered from all over Japan.

BiSH marched onto the stage, Cent Chihiro Chitti welcoming the “seisōin” and thanking them for coming out before introducing the first song “GiANT KiLLERS”. The crowd surged forward, thousands of voices calling out into the early evening sky in an explosion of energy. Continuing right into “Marionette”, the tempo slowed slightly with an emotional rendition of “NOTHiNG”, the members of BiSH raising their hands high at the end. Accelerating into the ska-punk of “Shakai no Rule” and rumbling through “VOMiT SONG”, BiSH’s nonstop performance of all the songs from the mini album came to a close.

Atsuko joked that a lot of people must have skipped work to come to the live and participate in the “GiANT KILLER Challenge”, noting that all the priority entry tickets ran out quickly. Producer/manager of BiSH Junnosuke Watanabe appeared on stage to announce the results of the “GiANT KILLER Challenge” which had the group split into 3 teams in Osaka, Nagoya, and Tokyo to find “seisōin” before the live. The Tokyo team of Cent Chihiro Chitti and Ling Ling earned 92 points, the Nagoya team of Momoko Gumi Company and Ayuni D captured 88 points, and the Osaka team of Aina The End and Atsuko Hashiyasume received 76. Chitti and Ling Ling celebrated upon winning the 300,000 yen reward, Momoko and Ayuni celebrated not being last, while Aina and Atsuko were in shock at their loss.

Momoko explained what “GiANT KiLLERS” meant, transitioning into a reminder of BiSH’s July 22 Makuhari Messe tour finale and the next song “Promise The Star”, the seisōin erupting into a series of thunderous calls for the members as they took their lines. The volume of the crowd jumped up suddenly as soon as the intro of “Saraba Kana” rang out from the sound system, the seisōin pumping their fists and chanting along with the members of BiSH. Closing out with their beloved debut song “BiSH – Hoshi ga Matataku Yoru ni –“, BiSH brought down the curtain on their unforgettable evening in Yoyogi Park.
