BILLIE IDLE® jumps back in time to the ’80’s with the MV for “BYE-BYE” from their first best of album “BILLIed IDLE” (release date: April 26)!
“BYE BYE” is a cover of the 1986 single by Uchouten and the visuals mirror the original pretty closely while the sound has been given a BILLIE IDLE® makeover. “BILLIed IDLE” features 17 songs from the first 2 albums which have been rerecorded with Akira who joined the group shortly before the 3rd album and the new song “BYE BYE”.
Also releasing on April 26th is “LAUNCHING OUT”, a live album that was recorded during their BILLIE IDLE® bi bi bi bi bi Tour Finale at Daikanyama UNIT on December 4, 2016. BILLIE IDLE® will be going on a Hokkaido/Nagoya/Osaka/Tokyo tour in May as well as holding in-store events at the end of April.
