Idoling!!! March Towards The Unknown Future in the MV for Their Last Single “Cheering You!!!”

Idoling!!! has released the short version of their final single “Cheering You!!!” (release date: July 15). The current members of Idoling!!! will be graduating after their 15th live at the Nippon Budokan on October 5, 2015.

“Cheering You!!!” is, as promised, a cheerful and encouraging song. The lyrics are simple and easy to follow, and the members of Idoling!!! smile cheerfully as they thank their fans for supporting them since 2006. Walking up staircases leading to shining doors, they proceed towards the future that awaits them in a few short months. In a way, they are also singing to each other, as what will happen after October is uncertain but, because the whole point of the group was to raise up the members into becoming full-fledged idols, they should have some valuable skills that will be useful in whatever they decide to do next.

“Cheering You!!!” will be released in 3 versions: a CD/DVD version, CD/Blu-ray version, and a CD-only version. The DVD and Blu-ray will include the MV and making of clip for “Cheering You!!!” and all 3 versions will come with 3 different trading cards. The coupling song all 3 versions is titled “Over Drive”. The CD/DVD version includes the additional song “Ikimassho Wasshoi” and the MV and making of for “Cheering You!!!” on the DVD. The Blu-ray version includes the additional song “Tokkyuu Girl”, the MV and making of for “Cheering You!!!”, and bonus footage. All 3 versions come packaged with a trading card and ticket for participation in an event. Release events have been scheduled in support of the final single from Idoling!!! so, do your best to go see them before it’s too late!

Idoling!!! has been part of the idol scene in Japan for 9 years and the victim of countless pranks (dokkiri) throughout the more than 1,000 episodes of their television show, the mass graduation of the current members is not one of them. Being an idol is a temporary thing to be sure but, at least Idoling!!! is going out on one of the legendary concert venues in Japan when they take the stage for the final time at the Nippon Budokan on October 5th.
