It has been revealed that Marc Jacobs, is the Artistic Director of Louis Vuitton, designed costumes for Hatsune Miku appeared in opera “The End”.

“The End” is an opera that has been noticed by a real person, such as singers and orchestra did not appear at all, but the Vocaloid play as recitativo and aria, instead.

Miku’s costume,worn on the stage, is the original work that Marc Jacobs and his studio team designed a collection spring-summer 2013 to fit her body type and the unique atmosphere of Hatsune Miku.
Instead it hasn’t been used the monogram motif is a symbol of Louis Vuitton for the first time in this collection, the Damier pattern has been used that made of checkered pattern with various squares and material in various colors.

And also the bag is reinterpreted the “Speedy”,is a standard item of Louis Vuitton, arranged to form the shape of the original square and cube.
The shoes are decorated with ribbon on the upper, and metal material at the heel.

Only visitors for premiere of “The End” can be witness of Miku actually wore the costume. But tickets are sold out already.
