Dorothy Little Happy performed “sky traveler” for the first time at the final concert of their national tour at Tokyo’s TSUTAYA O-EAST in April. The song is a pop tune with a summery vibe and refreshing lyrics. Lyrics for the coupling song “keep on trying'” were written by Kana Shirato, the leader of the group. The single has three types in total and a rare mini photograph is included in the first press versions of all types. Type-A and Type-B includes a CD and DVD with the promotion video for “sky traveler” on Type-A’s DVD and a behind-the-scenes short movie entitled “Dorothy Wa Traveler” on Type-B’s DVD. Type-C is a CD-only version. “Koi no Hanabi”, a summer song with a tropical feel, is included in all versions. Beginning in July of this year, “sky traveler” will be the ending theme song for Nippon Television’s “PON!” and Fukuoka Broadcasting System Corporation’s “Night Shuffle”. It has also been featured in the POWER PLAY segment of Nippon Television’s “Music Dragon”.
