manaminorisa have revealed short previews of the MVs for “ν Polaris Ab” and “Gyakushuu no Polaris” from their major label re-debut double A-side single “ν Polaris Ab/Gyakushuu no Polaris” (release date: December 22)!

The MV for “ν Polaris Ab” takes place in a coin laundromat where the three members alternate between watching the machines spin their laundry and dancing around while they wait. As the video fades out, they turn into superheroes and run off to fight crime (allegedly).

“Gyakushuu no Polaris” is more straight-forward, featuring the members performing against a black background in white outfits and a white background in black outfits as the camera rotates around them. The choreography is graceful and aggressive with several moves that seem to be inspired by martial arts.

“ν Polaris Ab/Gyakushuu no Polaris” will be sold in 5 different CD-only types with 5 different covers. “ν Polaris Ab” is the commercial song for Asahi’s energy drink Dodekamin Night Fever and the December ending theme song for music-ru TV. It should be exciting to see what manaminorisa does with their second chance at the big time so don’t take your eyes off of them!
