The second Kirakira☆Gyu-No Fes in the Gyu-No Fes series of events organized by extreme entertainer/farmer/idol event promoter Gyuzo is aiming to out-sparkle its inaugural exhibition held at Shibuya WWW X back in February of 2017 while raising awareness about Tochigi prefecture.
