Vanilla Beans, the idol duo signed to T-Palette Records (a subsidiary of Tower Records) will release their new album “Vanilla Beans IV” on February 3, 2015 (a Tuesday). While the duo had been dropping hints about a new album at several of their events, it wasn’t until their recent solo concert at Ebisu’s LIQUIDROOM that the album’s details were finally confirmed.

Vanilla Beans are an idol group with a self-styled “innocent yet stylish” aesthetic. Known as “experimental idols” for their utilization of various unique promotional tools, their pursuit of stylish visuals and sound has drawn praise from other artists and industry experts. The pair are also known for their ability to express themselves on television, radio and online as they showcase their unique personalities.

The new album, “Vanilla Beans IV” comes two years after the release of their last full album, “Vanilla Beans III”. The new album will contain 12 tracks, including already released singles “Muscats Slope Love”, “Please Me, Darling”, “Watashi… Fukou Guse” and “Cup no Fuchiko Official Song: Kitto Ii Basho”, as well as their new single released this past November, “Uchouten Girl”. There will also be several new tracks that can only be heard on the album. The theme for the album will be “inside a girl’s secret heart”, making it a must-listen for boys as well as girls!

Combining Vanilla Beans’ signature style with hints of Motown and 60’s era music, and featuring contributions from Saori Matsukura and Tomotaka Osumi, this is a party album to help you get fired up for Valentine’s Day or for a night out with the girls.

The limited edition version of the album will also come with a DVD of Vanilla Beans’ solo concert at Ebisu’s LIQUIDROOM, so we’d advise you to check it out ASAP!
