Kiyoshi Ryujin 25 Cheat Death in the MV for “Hard Boiled ni Aishite Yaruze”!

Harem-themed idol group Kiyoshi Ryujin 25, which is made up of singer/songwriter Ryujin Kiyoshi and his six wives, has released the supernatural action-packed MV for “Hard Boiled ni Aishite Yaruze” from their first album “PROPOSE” (September 2)!

The MV opens with Ryujin Kiyoshi being gunned down by Anya, the mysterious Russian beauty who previously appeared during a prank segment on the May 18th broadcast of “Kiyoshi Ryujin 25 no Konya mo Harem NIGHT!” on Lo GiRL, where she was introduced as wife “wife number 7″ before Yuuka Kiyoshi was revealed. It seems that Anya was unable to forgive Ryujin for not picking her. After Ryujin finally succumbs to his wounds, his 6 wives carry him to a seaside cliff where he is buried but, somehow they can’t shake the feeling that he is really gone.

Removing their shoes, they stand at the edge of the cliff mourning, presumably preparing themselves to join their recently departed husband. Just as Anya is about to send them to the afterlife with her gun, there is a giant explosion behind her and Ryujin rises from his grave! Driving up to meet his wives with Anya in the passenger seat, Ryujin rejects her heartfelt proposal, rendering her unconscious with a snap of his fingers. Reunited, the Ryujin clan walk off towards a distant light together.

“PROPOSE” will be sold in 3 different versions. The “Super Limited” version comes in a wooden box with a CD, DVD, and Blu-ray in addition to a photo book, letters written by his 6 wives to his family, randomly selected instant photos, and a special souvenir. The DVD contains footage of Ryujin Kiyoshi’s birthday live at TSUTAYA O-WEST on May 27 and the group’s MVs and making of footage. The Blu-ray is a documentary of “wife number 7” Yuuka Kiyoshi. The other limited edition includes the DVD but none of the other extravagant extras of the “Super Limited” version. The regular version is only the 13-song CD that is packaged with all other versions.

Kiyoshi Ryujin 25 will be appearing at @JAM EXPO on August 29th before they begin their “Honeymoon Tour” on September 6 at TSUTAYA O-EAST, which has already sold out, leading to an additional date added at the same venue on September 30th.
