In the middle of the city in Shinjuku, there is a place where you can take a rest and even have fun. Thermae-yu (Teruma-yu) is a total hot spring and spa facility in the middle of the concrete jungle.
Hikari Shiina (Pikarin), and Kumiko Funayama (Kumikky) visited today not for the hot springs, but for the roof top activity space called FUN FUN SKY!
You can use FUN FUN SKY for free if you have come to Thermae-yu to use the stone saunas. They have many fun attractions, and also have a wide variety of drinks and alcohol !
First they did their stretches together to prepare for the activity.
They first tried the Water Balloon. You get to go inside a big balloon and walk on water inside the pool.
It is actually very difficult to stand inside the balloon and the 2 were having a lot of fun! They even competed who can keep on standing longer inside the balloon.
Another activity they tried was Sky Ride, where you can ride a Segway. They have special tracks where you can ride freely.
If you visit Thermae-yu you can go back inside for the spas and baths after playing on the roof too! They also have staff that can speak English so you don’t have to worry about the instructions.
