Nihonbashi (日本橋) is a district in central Tokyo and located near the designer shopping district of Ginza. There is the same named bridge “Nihonbashi” (Japan Bridge) in Nihonbashi district. The bridge has been the kilometer zero marker for Japan’s national highway network since the early Edo Period. Nihonbashi is known as historical district, lots of long-established stores can be found.
