Japanese girls all say “Oh my god I wanna go on a diet”. Everybody says this no matter how skinny they are. Japanese girls are obsessed with losing weight and this lead to the popularity of strange diets. In Japan there are over 200 books on diets and there is even a corner in the book store just for diet books. Here are some of the strangest diets I found and personally thought that just going to the gym and exercising sounded a lot easier.
1. Blood Type Diet
This diet suggests you a type of exercise and food you should have according to your blood type. If you are blood type A, you should have a lot of vegetables, if you are B you should keep a good balance of your nutrients, if you are AB you should take in food that keeps your body warm, and if you are O you should eat a lot of meat. Honestly, you should do all of this if you want to lose weight in a healthy way.
2.Giant Swing Diet
The giant swing is a professional wrestling attack. By having someone do this attack on you, it creates blood circulation promotion.
3.Sing and Push Diet
The name says it all. The point in this diet is that you use your E point (exercise point).It trains you inner muscles by putting strength into your E point and singing at the same time.
