SKE48 and Nogizaka 46 member Rena Matsui disguises herself as Ryuko Matoi from the anime “Kill La Kill” in the poster for the AKB48 37th single general election.

With this poster, Rena Matsui cut a figure as strong as Ryuko Matoi, the heroine of the TV anime “Kill la Kill,” with a stance that left no doubt that she was aiming for the top. It was that passion that led the “Kill la Kill” production committee to collaborate with her on a serious level.
Under the supervision by its original animation production Trigger who provided scene-painting and illustration materials, character designer Sushio provided the outlines and drawing. Scenario composer Kazuki Nakajima gave the copy  “Miageru no wa Mou Akita (I’m tired of looking up)” on it.

A design company ANSWR, was responsible for photography and poster design, finished awesome quality posters in two patterns.
Until the last minute, Matsui couldn’t decide which poster to choose.
Then, finally she chose the one as follow;
