On November 7-8, 2017, Nogizaka46 raised the curtains on Manatsu no Zenkoku Tour FINAL!, their first solo concert at Tokyo Dome! With 100,000 of their fans gathering over the course of 2 days, it was their biggest triumph in the 5 years and 8 months since their debut as the “official rivals of AKB48”!

The second day began with the excitement of a flash mob as the members of Nogizaka46 made their appearance on the stage alongside 460 backup dancers as they performed “Seifuku no Mannequin”.

Featuring the group’s debut song “Guru Guru Curtain” and “Kimi no Na wa Kibou” with a piano accompaniment by Erika Ikuta, as the set list continued along, the history of Nogizaka46 could be felt throughout the evening. The arena was wrapped up in a world of light and sound as the members danced on a stage with video projections for “Inochi wa Utsukushii”. With flames leaping through the air during “Influencer”, the intensity of the performance continued to grow.

Closing out the main performance with “Itsuka Dekiru Kara Kyo Dekiru” which was released weeks earlier on October 11th, leader Reika Sakurai boldly proclaimed, “I think here is just the start for us”.

Fueled by the continued cheers of the fans, Nogizaka46 returned for a double encore where they performed “Kikkake”. The evening ended on an emotional note as Marika Ito and Himeka Nakamoto shared their feelings of gratitude towards their fans before leaving the stage for the last time as members of Nogizaka46.
