Negicco, the heroic trio from Niigata, fire up the projectors and heat up their woks in the old school MV for “Ai, Kamashitaino” (release date: December 20)!
Filmed in the style of old martial arts films, Negicco split their time between working in a tiny movie theater and kung-fu fighting in the MV. It’s easily one of their most entertaining videos of 2016 and sure to be considered one of their classics for years to come. The music and lyrics for “Ai, Kamashitaino” are by Kouhei Dojima and arrangement is by Hikaru Ishizaki.
“Ai, Kamashitaino” will be released as 2 limited editions, 1 regular version, and a 7-inch vinyl record! Type-A includes the bonus track “EXPRESS TRAIN (Azusa ver.)” composed by connie and arranged by Minami Kitasono and a download code for the MV. Type-B includes only “Ai, Kamashitaino” and is only 500 yen. The coupling song “Watashi wo Negi ni Tsuretette” is by Negicco’s longtime producer connie. Negicco’s Blu-ray for their NHK Hall live has been released on November 29, 2016 as well!
