She shared, “It’s been a while. This is sudden, but I decided to start a blog,” and denied that she would be resuming her activities, “However… it doesn’t mean that I will be resuming my activities right now.” Her agency also commented, “The official date of her return is undecided. She is still on hiatus.”

Goto revealed what she would be sharing on her blog, “I want to share and have people know about the things I usually think about.” She also mentioned, “I will also be writing a diary about Monster Hunter(*^ー^)ノ♪.”

It’s been about 2 years since Goto went on hiatus. “Little by little, I’m starting to find what I want to do,” she revealed. “Things like beauty, which I’ve always been interested in since my teens. Also, cooking, which I started since I was old enough to understand what’s going on around me. And many others(*´∀`).”

Now Goto has a place to communicate with her fans, “Honestly, I wanted to communicate with all kinds of people through a blog. That is my honest feelings.” She called out, “It’s been 2 years since I went on break. If you want to know what I’ve been doing during the empty 2 years, or if you’re interested about something, please send your opinions and questions my way.”

Goto has been on an indefinite hiatus since December of 2011. On the 21st of this month, she made a surprise appearance at the 10th anniversary event for Capcom’s ‘Monster Hunter’ series.
