6th Anime Festival Asia (AFA) 2013 was held at the Suntec Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Centre from November 8 to 10. The event attracted over 85,000 J-culture fans last year, and has been the biggest Anime & Idol Fes in Southeast Asia. An area that can experience the atmosphere of Akihabara and Japanese entertainment was newly arranged from this year.

TOYOTA × PES booth which is now catching attentions the most, was filled with the fans of Anime support project idol group “AOP”. The fans gathered from all over the Asia, even from Japan.
After enjoying a conversation with AOP, they spent fun time with Janken tournament and target hitting game for autographed T-shirt.

At the other venue, people made a long line for LiSA’s autograph and handshake meeting.

In Singapore AFA, as well as other festivals around the world, various cosplayers are everywhere, exchanging information and having fan meeting. It seems AFA has become an important place also for friendship between cosplayers.
